Barn, Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Farmer housing, Farm equipment, Processing facilities, Irrigation equipment, Cold storage (cooler/freezer). More info: None required but the more available, the better of course. Minimally seeking some type of structure for processing, storing, working and a secondary water source.

Current production on farm:

Flowers, Herbs, Vegetable production. More info: These are our current crops but we can re-purpose and/or expand if there is a good set up already in place. We have plans to expand specifically into possibly cattle and most likely field crops, orchards, poultry, and vineyards.

Current farming practices:

Biodynamic, Conventional, Certified organic, Transitioning to organic, Ecological production but not certified, None, the property is not being farmed. More info: Willing to work with anything, end goal is to be a biodynamic farm so the closer to that a place is the better.

Plan to eventually have a nice comprehensive place to host guests to the farm for events, classes, etc... Long term we want to have an onsite processing center that other farmers in the area can access to grow both local ag and the economy.
