Personal experience and production goals summary:

Whether taking a bite of a delicious red apple or cleaning our skin with a bar of soap made out of goat's milk, people know that the food we consume and many added-value products that we use each day is thanks to farmers and ranchers. As a beginning farmer, I've been able to witness and work one-on-one with other farmers and learn how to increase crop yield, how to ensure steady financial success, and gain trust from customers. My goal is to provide organic vegetables, eggs, and value-products to the local community. Along with the opportunity to serve my community, I want to develop an enterprise that sustains and is harmonious with our environment.

My principles of organic farming include:

maintaining biological diversity within the farm
maintain long-term soil fertility
decreasing pollution
minimizing soil degradation
relying on renewable resources in locally organized agricultural systems
relying on renewable energy to power farm structures.

I have experience performing:

Soil testing
Crop selection
Tilling land
Seed selection
Irrigation
Crop growth
Fertilization
Harvesting
Selling product directly to the customer
Livestock caretaking
Egg production
Flower Planting
