More info: Looking for 25-75 acres with pasture land to lease and put medium sized beef cattle and possibly some sheep on to run a rotational/regenerative grazing practice. Ideally a 5+ yr lease. And if close enough to home possibly would have market garden. My goal would be to raise grass fed animals and build the soil to leave it better than I found it. Thanks for taking time to read.

More info: Am wanting to Raise a not small but smaller, more resistant beef cow to build a good healthy herd (South Poll) on a by daily to weekly rotational/regenerative grazing practice to better maintain and help the pasture, get more out growing more grass per acre as well as preserving the pastures soil and grass forage. I want to leave it better than I found it, so to speak.
