Property Description

I have a small 16 acre farm in Williamson County on the Harper River in Leipers Fork, TN (Possibility an additional 5 to 10 acres). Looking for someone to operate and run it as their own. Really would just like to put the land to work. I have a shop, tools, thousand or so feet of irrigation lines, multiple pumps, multiple tractors and implements. Approximately 6 usable acres in the riverbottom that will flood in the winter (Plus option for another 5 acres). I have rights from the state to pump water from the river, and I have a well. I have planted a small parcel of heirloom rice for three years in this bottom. Have other acreage out of the riverbottom that does not flood as well.
