Property Description

135 +/- acres available partially cleared previously used for cattle and hay. We are willing to enter into creative arrangements as long as it is mutually beneficial. We are willing to lease all or part of the land. We are pretty flexible, but would want to maintain personal access to the property. We have a particular interest in permaculture and would entertain a partnership for the right person. There is one useable barn and a small cabin which is not suitable for long term stays.
