We have 75 beautiful acres in Williamson County Nolensville that engulfs an entire holler. There are rolling hills and topography changes. We have quite a bit of fencing already but more could be fenced depending on the farmer's needs. We're interested in partnering with a local farmer to provide a space for different types of farming. We are open to crops and animals. In exchange for the use of the land, we're looking mostly for maintenance labor.

We have a very small barn that would be great for chickens or goats possibly. We do have a well but it's only 2gal/minute so it would need some work. There is a natural spring on the property (potentially 3) but again, they would need some cleaning out and redirecting to collect the water. We do have electricity.
