I am currently managing my second season at the one-acre organic vegetable farm in Torres del Paine Patagonia Chile where I grow 30 varieties of vegetables and 10 varieties of fruit and fruit trees alongside the 4 volunteers and 4 employees who I train and manage in Spanish and English. I am looking to settle down in the US, specifically in the state of Tennessee where my mother is living in Knoxville. My goal is to utilize the few years of experience I have to settle into one place and create a home where I can cultivate nutritious and organic vegetables for the local community in the most restorative biodiverse way possible.
